In spite of cold and altitude, the 16 lecturers and 36 young scientists attending the school enjoyed a week of discussions about black carbon and related topics.
Students from Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, El Salvador, France, Peru, Puerto Rico and Venezuela benefited from the high-level lectures offered. This LAC growing community of young scientists in atmospheric sciences is a promise for research in the Americas!
The organizing committee thanks heartfully the lecturers for their fantastic contribution to the success of the school and the sponsors - OSUG, Maggee Sc., Sunlab, IGAC, IAI - for the support.
