Announcement

The staff at La Paz gratefully acknowledge the contribution that Jo Urban made to the incipient radiosonde programme at La Paz shortly before he sadly passed away on 14 August 2014. Jo's willingness to make a personal contribution to climate monitoring is a testament to his integrity as a scientist.
