Where?

The lectures and poster sessions will be held at the Hotel Calacoto, Salón Tusui, where most of the participants will be hosted.

Visit to Chacaltaya (5240 masl)

Bus departs Saturday 27th June at 8:00 from Hotel Calacoto.

Bring sunglasses, gloves and warm clothes.

Before visiting the Chacaltaya GAW station please read these guidelines.
Students presentations

  • Posters (80 x120 cm, portrait) will be presented by the students during the afternoons.
  • Some selected students will present a 10-minute oral presentation of their research.
Fee

The fee covers lunch and coffeebreaks, a common dinner and a visit to Chacaltaya.

Two ways for payment are available:
  • On cash on Monday 22th June, before starting the School
  • Bank transfer to this account.
